Celebrating Success
The Education Act 2005 includes a requirement for the
governing bodies of all maintained schools in England to
prepare and publish a school profile annually, replacing
the previous requirement to publish a governors' annual
report.
The profile is intended to be a new and more effective way
of conveying key information to parents. The profile is at
present being reviewed by government as the information
included is out of date and therefore not relevant.
